We offer the following types of memberships:

• KEY MEMBERSHIP ($35 /yr)

  For those persons employed in the hotel industry/residential building in a direct guest service capacity, including:

  • Concierge
  • Guest Services Representative
  • Bell/Door staff
  • Front Desk Staff
  • "At-large Personal Concierge"
  • Managers and Directors of these departments may also become Key Members

  *Applicant must have served for six (6) consecutive months as a concierge or guest services representative of a hotel or must work in a hotel VIP floor, Condominium, and/or Building Development.

  *Members may not bring guests except potential members

  *Potential members are limited to attending two (2) meetings

 

• AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP ($175 /yr)

  For those businesses or organizations that have a direct relationship to the hospitality industry.

  Affiliate Members are allowed:

  • up to two (2) representatives employed by such businesses or organizations to attend three (3) monthly ACGSA meetings throughout the membership year
  • the opportunity to speak at one such meeting
  • to vote on all issues as well as hold any office except President and Vice-President of the Association.

  *Applicant must be a member and/or owner of a business or organization who partners with us in delivering the highest quality of service to our guests, residents and city.

  *Featured speaker requests must be submitted to the ACGSA President at least 45 days prior to the Affiliate's selected date

  *Scheduling is based upon availability.The Officers Committee and Advisory Board may limit the number of Affiliate Members to be admitted, relative to Key Members, on a case-by-case basis
