Who can become a member? ACGSA membership is comprised of Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, and other businesses in and around the Austin Area. We also offer Key Membership to Concierge and Guest Service Representatives.

We offer the following types of memberships:
- KEY MEMBERSHIP ($45 /yr)
For those persons employed in the hotel industry/residential building in a direct guest service capacity, including:
- Concierge
- Guest Services Representative
- Bell/Door staff
- Front Desk Staff
- Managers and Directors of these departments may also become Key Members
*Members may not bring guests except potential members
