Directions: From Bee Caves, past the main resort, approx. 2 miles past the school and fire station; left on Carranzo Drive, dead-end to parking
lot. From SW Parkway, turn on to Barton Creek Blvd. Take 2nd Right on Carranzo Drive, dead-end to parking lot for course.

Austin Lyric Opera Beer & Wine Smackdown

Austin Lyric Opera General Director Kevin Patterson, a microbrewer, and Kevin Leahy, a local wine enthusiast, will compete to see who is better at pairing their preferred beverage with various foods provided by local restaurants. Their pairings will be judged by local celebrities/food critics. Attendees can judge for themselves as they taste the 5 food, wine and beer combinations. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit Austin Lyric Opera and the Armstrong Community Music School.
