The Austin Concierge & Guest Services Association’s purpose is to promote, educate and maintain the highest standards of the profession.

Our goal is to build strong professional and personal relationships with fellow Concierge, Guest Service professionals, hotels and businesses in the community, by offering exemplary service, knowledge of services and by showing genuine caring and sensitivity to our guests and clients.

We meet on the first Monday of each month(some on the second Monday due to holidays) to share ideas, network, educate and help expand and assist the training of those entering the Concierge & Guest Services profession, as well as foster improvement of our members' professional skills.
